Kovner (Columbia), Lisa Ford (UNSW), James Thuo Gath II (Chicago), Michael A. Becker (Trinity College Dublin), David Armitage (Harvard), Carl Landauer and Jennifer Pitts (Chicago) and Houchang Chehabi (Boston).
